HOW I HELP
I'm Michaela Figurelli. I've lived in South Sardinia for over twenty years, and since 2023 I've been helping foreign buyers find, check and buy their home here.
I work only for the buyer, never the seller. I search the historic villages, visit every home in person, check the paperwork before you spend a single euro, negotiate the price and guide you all the way to the notary.
Buyer-side only: I negotiate for you.

On-site video visits
I visit the shortlisted homes in person and send you honest video walkthroughs, including what the photos don't show: the street, the neighbours, the real condition.
Viewing together
When you're ready to fly over, I plan the day and come with you, translating and asking the right questions.
Checks, negotiation and notary
I check the paperwork and the building, negotiate the price, and handle the power of attorney if you can't be there. At the notary, I translate every word.
